DHL WAS USED AND WAS DEEPLY DISAPPOINTING IN A HEAT WAVE - TAKEN TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ROAD - LEFT IN A CONSERVATORY!! LUCKILY THE LADY DROVE TO MY HOUSE TO DROP IT OFF! SHE WAS AS SHOCKED AS I, SOMETHING SO BEAUTIFUL AND EDIBLE WAS LEFT IN THE SUNSHINE AT THE WRONG ADDRESS - HAVE TO SAY I WAS A LITTLE SHOCKED AND WORRIED IF WAS EDIBLE! I DID COMPLAIN TO DHL - AND WANTED A REFUND BUT THEY REFUSED. WOULDNT USE THEM AGAIN”
“The cake looked nothing like the cake I ordered, very poor quality and finish was poor, I contacted Martin the customer service manager, he was totally unhelpful and was not interested about my complaint, very bad customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are misleading and unprofessional”
“I didn’t think it would be amazing being that it had to be frozen when shipped but I was completely wrong the cake was amazing and tasted fresh. The delivery was right on time although the driver did tip the box upside down but luckily the cake was packaged so well it did not damage.”
