“Paid for next day delivery but I received the cake after 2 days and when I emailed them to ask about my order they blamed it on Parcelforce. Didn’t provide me any tracking details. Also the cake I ordered was The Hazelnut Lovin Cake with 2 mini Nutella bottles but they send me something else.”
“The cake was delicious however, false advertising on the design. It does not come with two small jars of Nutella, it is in fact photo shopped and instead it arrives with two Nutella small pouches. Given the price of the cake - very disappointing.”

“I was disappointed when the cake arrived , instead of the miniature jars as advertised in the picture received cheap looking sachets. I had to spend even more money to buy the jars from Amazon. I could have got a better cake from a local cake maker. I’d use the company again if I’d left it to late to order one else where as delivery was good being able to order the day before required.”
