“Hi sorry to say I was pretty disappointed. The outer box showed signs of damage on arrival. We opened the box to find the cake had slid to one side of the inner box. The cake was already defrosted and the plastic cover had stuck to the sides but we thought it would not be to bad. When we went back to it yesterday the cake had lop sided and the plastic pulled all the detail off we also realised there was no wrapped eggs as in your advert. I didn't many pictures because I wasn't going to complain as I thought it was mainly down to bad transport but as you requested a review I thought I wanted to let you know.”
