“This is hilarious I get this email and I never received my cake! So I have know idea what it tasted like. Told it was going to be delivered then told the next day here is a refund. I would have liked to been informed a lot earlier than the day before that the courier was not going to deliver so I could have rearranged my order. This is obviously an automated email for a review so maybe you need to look at that, so your customers that are left disappointed, think is this a joke!!!!”
“Unfortunately I can’t rate the cake, as despite 2 emails giving assurance it was on its way, the cake did not arrive. The company blamed this on the couriers, however, I’m not convinced.
Now just waiting on a refund.
I wouldn’t plan to use this company again as my guests had to go without desert.”
“Order never received as the courier would not deliver on Good Friday. I was not given an explanation as to why I had not been informed I would not be receiving my order. With the order being placed 2 weeks before there was plenty of time to arrange an alternative delivery and surely they would of been aware their courier wouldn’t of been able to deliver on that day. The sales manager Martin, who I spoke to over email was quite rude and short with me and offered no real apology for letting me down at the last minute.”
“Unfortunately the pictures look better than the actual cake. Delivery was late the cake was damaged and the whole experience stressful trying to get some sensible response from someone proved to be time wasting.
Consider your options before spending so much money!”
