“Cake tasted nice. However, all slices were damaged in transit, and were very underwhelming as a birthday cake for someone. Combined with the missing items it certainly wasn't fit for any sort of "special" occasion, and would be suitable if I fancied a bit of nice cake. Won't be a returning customer as it was all very average and the customer service didn't offer any compensation for damaged cake or ruining my partner's special surprise on their birthday, was only offered a refund for the two missing items.”
“It allowed me to sample cakes/gateaux before ordering one in the future. They were all fresh when delivered and safely packaged. The white chocolate cake and the Biscoff Gateaux are both delicious and the rest were really rather good too.
I intend to order a cake in the not to distanced future.”
