“Terrible quality, couldn’t eat the cakes because they were stale. Tried emailing on numerous occasions and am yet to receive a reply. Then get an email asking for a review. Disgusting customer service and incredibly disappointing product. Didn’t even receive the correct order. Avoid at all costs”
“Second time i ordered it, first time was amazing, back in 2024, thos time cakes arrived broken up and red velvet looked like it shouldnt of been atean due to its colour, it was just a sponge with cream around it. Wouldnt recommend anymore.”
“The cake itself was delicious and loved. However we were not given all requested slices. 2 were replaced without telling us. Now I can understand having run out, but I would expect some communication on how you've had to replace a slice or if we'd like to replace it and what with instead. Also when I sent an email about this, I only got a response 3 days later and was only given an excuse about 1 of the 2 changed slices.”
“Promptly delivered, well-packaged and delicious. Did need to be refrigerated but that was because the temperature was in the high twenties and they'd been on a van half the day, so they were never going to reach me still frozen!”
