“It took my talking to 5 different companies in successfully to find a mix of bespoke hand made cheesecake that were non baked/egg free & finally found desserts delivered bakery! Fantastic service, amazing tasting cheesecake & left my wife very happy on her birthday.”
“I bought the choose your own selection as a gift for a friend but the one she really wanted wasn’t included in the delivery. Instead she was given one that she really dislikes that will go to waste. To their credit they responded quickly and offered a refund for the single cheesecake that was incorrect but to be honest what you really want is the right selection rather than the money back. Hopefully this is an isolated incident.”
“The cheesecakes were delicious and were delivered in time, only bugbear was the cakes must’ve got tipped by courier at some point in transit, despite packaging clearly stating fragile keep upright, so needed to be tidied up as the toppings spilt. But manager was quick to respond and deal with this. Over all the quality of the cheesecakes made up for it. Will order again”
