“Appalling customer service. They sent 3 cheesecakes that I didn’t order. They were sent without explanation, without allergen listings and ingredients. I have now reported them to trading standards. Avoid avoid avoid.
They are not fit to provide food and when they mess up they don’t care at all. The customer service is appalling and they are just rip off merchants.”
“I ordered 6 different flavours and received 4 with the 2 being duplicates. You can only email the company so cannot sort mistakes on the day. I received the order on the saturday and received an email on the Monday. I was told they rang my contact number but there was no missed call or voicemail. The cheesecakes themselves were very good quality and cannot fault them for the packaging or delivery as this was very good. I will not use them again as i felt they lacked in customer care and did not receive what i ordered.”
