“They sent me the wrong order,So I emailed them to say iv received the cheesecakes but the wrong ones,She emailed me back saying We tryed to phone you but no answer I didn't receive any phone calls or any missed calls,The lady seems abit rude in the emails and wasn't much help,So I won't be ordering anymore and the cheesecakes I received wasn't nice they didn't have any flavour to them and waist of money”
“Arrived next day as stated. Good job well packaged as delivery driver decided to leave box on its side. Very well packed when I got inside box. Cheese cake of a very good quality and tasted lovely. Only downside ordered 6 different flavours but ended up with 5 different types as 2 were peanut (daughter has a peanut allergy) and only 2 of the flavours I had chose, pretty much might as well have ordered a box of 6 and not took my time looking at the different types. Will use again for an occasion as in the higher price tag.”
“We have used the company before and found them to be a fantastic company to deal with.
This time we had issues with the courier delivering the goods rendering the cakes inedible which resulted in them being binned.
Cannot fault the company’s dealing with the situation, I wouldn’t use the courier again.”
“The cheesecakes were delicious and of high quality. The next day delivery service was fantastic too. The only glitch was that two of the cheesecakes were squashed slightly, presumably from the delivery.
But I would definitely recommend and I will buy again”
