“The delivery system was very bad. There was no 24 hour delivery tracking. Ordered my cake for the 14th and received it on the 16th. When asked to refund me because I didn’t get the cake on the day I wanted or show some professional courtesy and refund me atleast half the amount, there was no response. Will not order from them again and will not recount to anyone else.”
“This cake was absolutely beautiful, it arrived very well packaged, on time, and looked just like the picture.
The cake tasted lovely, we have tried it cold from the fridge, and slightly warmed in the microwave.
