“I bought this cake for my husbands 60th i was very disappointed it came damaged it had sliding off the board and the side was squished it tasted nice but i cut it in to sections and went back after a few hours and it had just collapsed it was a total mess I contacted the shop to tell them about the damage to the cake and they said oh its not that bad it just moved a little bit and then they just ignored me its been 4 days now and have herd nothing I would not recommend this shop go to M&S they are so much better i wish I had now”

uncertain guide as to leaving in box or leaving out after ice has defrosted but condition stayed very good.
