“Arrived on time and my daughter loves Lindt chocolate so she was very happy with her cake. Was a surprise and went down well. Tasted delicious and presentation wise it looked nice. Packing was suitable and supported the cake adequately.

“The delivery system was very bad. There was no 24 hour delivery tracking. Ordered my cake for the 14th and received it on the 16th. When asked to refund me because I didn’t get the cake on the day I wanted or show some professional courtesy and refund me atleast half the amount, there was no response. Will not order from them again and will not recount to anyone else.”
