“Sweet arch was broken upon delivery. Also didnt help that the delivery person handed me the box so the cake was on it's side and a lot ofnthe sprinkles fell off and the cake was crooked. Tasted nice however but didn't look that professional.”
“Our cake arrived damaged and off centre, and we had to rebuild the decorations with our own pieces. The sponge wasn't very tasty and we were left wishing we'd bought a supermarket cake for a fraction of the price unfortunately. Ordering and delivery was easy and on time, but we won't be ordering again. Customer service weren't too fussed with our comments and blamed the delivery firm for the issue.”

“The cake hardly looks as presented on the site, a floppy poor rainbow string added not the thick looking very colourful item on the picture. The cake arrived underbaked and inedible but the company refuse to offer even a partial refund. The issue was highlighted to the company the day of delivery, they said they would investigate and get back to me, I chased after a few days and was told the same. I chased again a week later informing them at this stage I've binned the cake (I'd kept in case they wanted it sent back) as it was taking up too much space in the fridge and was worried about it staying fresh now given the length of time. Company saw pictures and apologised and offered a "refund" off a future order, I explained I'd prefer a partial refund on this order as opposed to discount on a future order which has been refused. Adrian the sales rep very unhelpful and comes across quite rude. Terrible customer service and an inedible cake.”
“The cake was lovely , however DPD deliver left it on the door in the sun didn’t knock.. the cake itself was lovely but I feel DPD knowing what it was on th box should have knock and I paid like £7 for the delivery”
