“Lovely tasting cake, packaged extremely well with attractive , secure packaging & really good idea to arrive frozen. Was excited to be able to find a Chocolate rainbow cake that my daughter had requested for her birthday most are vanilla.
Only criticism was that it is very small for price so was a little underwhelmed when I unveiled it, didn’t really have the impact I imagined, measurements were clear on website however so my error for not taking much notice, I just felt a my local cake maker would have done one the same for twice the price. Also expected a proper rigid cake board, the one provided was very flimsy & made it tricky to handle causing major chocolate sprinkle drop every time it was touched so required a plate, took the look away a bit I felt.
Also Found it gradually took on a bit of a wonky lean too as it defrosted.
Extremely fast convenient ordering & delivery system is a major plus if you’ve overlooked the cake for the party & you need a quick solution, local cake makers couldn’t compete with the super quick turnaround.”

“I unfortunately never received my order! I was notified it was dispatched. There’s no number to phone and could therefore only email customer support. It took many hours to respond. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 14 April, then customer support thought it’s perhaps delayed to Saturday 16 April - no delivery! I stayed in each day awaiting delivery. I wanted the cake for a special occasion and was of course very disappointed”
“I was excited to have my order arrive on time in a very secure package and cooler box. I was a little confused about the cake not being frozen and instructions reading let my cake defrost before eating. I saw on the top part the cake had some damage, I figured the damage happened during the delivery. I like to say my nine year old son was happy with his cake so all in all I was happy too.”
