“The cake was perfect. Delivery was on time and because I had the cake delivered to a different address by a different courier than the moron I had before, I actually received this one. The company is still questionable regarding its policy on undelivered cakes because some couriers think it's acceptable to just leave fresh food orders on the street and this company approves that saying it shows as delivered and call it good. However in this instance, delivery was to a school so there was no room for an incompetent delivery. The cake itself looked delicious and will be cut tomorrow but I'm sure it'll be fine. I will order again because I do approve of the delivery time and the price. Its disappointing I can't get an order delivered to my home hence the 3*”
“I ordered a biscoff cake but received a chocolate cake. Found the customer service team extremely unhelpful when i raised the issuwe. Although i received the wrong order and it was disappointing the cake i did receive was beautiful.”
