“I've ordered the Biscoff cake a few times over the years and it's always been great. This year we were really disappointed as we were sent a different style due to the normal cake being out of stock. Customer service didn't handle it well either, it's a shame but I won't be ordering again.”
“Despite ordering weeks in advance I received a phone call the day before to say discord cake was not available. I was given a choice of 7 others I could have to arrive on time. Disappointed I chose a red velvet cake, it was poorly made there were no cookies or toppings on the cake it loooend nothing like the photos. I have purchased several cakes over the years not sure I will be buying anymore.”
“A very tasty cake! Bought for a Biscoff fan, although he felt the Biscoff taste wasn’t strong enough. Due to being frozen for transport, the Biscoff biscuits were soft as received - whilst this way off-putting to me, my son happily munched his way through them.”
