“Cake arrived on time, packaged well. Really disappointed as the actual cake was definitely not what I ordered it was a carrot cake sponge with biscuits on the top. I contacted them but no response. I will definitely not be ordering from these again.”
“I've ordered the Biscoff cake a few times over the years and it's always been great. This year we were really disappointed as we were sent a different style due to the normal cake being out of stock. Customer service didn't handle it well either, it's a shame but I won't be ordering again.”

Disappointed I chose a red velvet cake, it was poorly made there were no cookies or toppings on the cake it loooend nothing like the photos. I have purchased several cakes over the years not sure I will be buying anymore.”
“A very tasty cake! Bought for a Biscoff fan, although he felt the Biscoff taste wasn’t strong enough. Due to being frozen for transport, the Biscoff biscuits were soft as received - whilst this way off-putting to me, my son happily munched his way through them.”
