“At the start i thought i got faulty pump as it took me several pumps to get the moisturizer out. So if it doesnt come out easily for you dont give up:) once it squeezed out it is lovely fragrance free white cream. It left my face nicely moisturise and without any sticky feeling. I like it being fragrance free as well.”
“I have been using Dermatica skincare prescription service for over 2 years and love them. I saw a post on their social media about their new skincare range so I was really excited to try a few of the products. I am a combination but a little towards the drier side these days and this cream was an instant quench of thirst. Suddenly my tired skin looked renewed and supple for the whole day/night after one use. The cream is rich and will give you that lovely cushiony feel without being sticky or feeling overly heavy. My skin is flooded with the hydration it needs, looks so healthy, and feels so plump. I am obsessed with the dewy glow it gives the skin and the almost blurred finish. If you are looking for something that feels like a nice comfy blanket on the skin, this is going to be your favourite cream.”
“This cream works well and is very hydrating. It applies easily and is quickly absorbed into the skin, and the skin stays comfortable and soft for hours afterwards. The pump is a little temperamental and doesn't depress very much, but maybe that's just my one.”
“This is nicely packaged and has a pharmaceutical feel. According to the packaging is made in the UK in London. Its a light cream based on shea butter and grapeseed oil. There is no too much reliance on cheap petrochemicals such as petroleum jelly, although it does contain dimethicone. The stuff they use to make hair conditioner. Its presented in a pump applicator which is convenient to use. There is no scent to it, or at least the natural scent of the ingredients is very light and pleasant. Although they suggest you use it night and morning, its a light cream. I would use it in the morning and use something a little bit richer at night. Apparently they do make a richer textured cream. The ingredients appear to be good and the price is reasonable at 15, although you do only get 50 mL. There is no sunscreen included. This is fine by me because I like to use a separate sunscreen if I need it. I dont like one incorporated into my moisturiser just so they can claim its anti-aging on the box.”
“I have dry and senstive skin and found this moisturiser great in keeping the moisture in and not cause any irritation. The moisturiser is very quickly absorbed and does not feel oily at all as it is water based. It works well in keeping the skin hydrated for a whole day.”
“I found the pump awkward, the product comes out when pressed but does not go up automatically for another compression.
I had high expectations of this, but it left my skin dry and irritated, it could be the niacinamide. I have post menopause skin, needs lots of hydration and moisture, I can not use niacinamide.
For younger skin that needs oil control this could he better.
I prefer the original moisturiser to this.”
“Took a while to get this pumping through but it did get there eventually. Lovely thick moisturiser, white in colour with no scent. Absorbed easily into my skin without leaving it feeling greasy. Did not block my pore either. I have very dry skin and this relieved it and eased its flakiness.”
“This is a great moisturiser if your skin is on the drier side. It sinks into the skin straight away, feels nice and soothing and leaves my skin feeling nice and hydrated. As it contains ceramides it should help to keep my skin nice and plump and help to prevent fine lines which is great!Definitely scent free so it would be great for people with sensitive skin.Works well under makeup!”
