“worst experience. I bought two products and both are the worst for me. After using this brand, I had to treat the skin. Redness, dryness, irritation. The expiration date was normal, so I think it may not be proper storage or my own intolerance, but the fact is that in my life I will not buy this company again.”

Your other product you bought was a retinol. Normal to slight irritation with retinol is a common sign that your skin needs to adapt, so introduce it slowly by starting with a low-strength product, applying it only once or twice a week, and gradually increasing frequency as your skin builds tolerance.
