“Fantastic cream, awful new packaging. This serum made a huge difference to my skin when I developed rosacea - along with the cleansing cream and moisturiser I rarely get breakouts. However, the new packaging uses thick plastic that is too hard to squeeze - so you get too much cream - then it stays squeezed - then it won’t squeeze. So I have a three quarter full bottle that I can’t get any serum from. The old packaging needed improvement but this is useless.”

“Use Zenned serum along with the zenmed cleansing cream. Have been using for a few years now and certainly keeps any flare-ups at bay. Only occasionally get some spots and they clear up a lot more quickly. Would definitely recommend.”

“I have been using this for many years. Occasionally I will be tempted to try something cheaper (retail moisturiser) but always come back to this when my skin gets worse again within a day or two.”

“I am prone to acne rosacea and my skin was getting really dry with being in centrally heated rooms for long periods. 2 weeks of using this every evening and my skin is really clear, all redness and flaking has disappeared. It has calmed my skin down completely.”

“I love this product. I used it in the past but moved away from it to try other products that might have been even better...as we do...but they weren't and I've come back to Zenmed. I use their cleansing cream, this, and Rosehip + Licorice Redness Relief Moisturiser. It's called a serum but it's a cream texture rather than a thin serum type product. It's very soothing and cooling and genuinely reduces redness within a few uses. The product itself is 5 stars but I've docked a star because the pump doesn't work properly because the product is too thick.”
