“After all the nice reviews I’ve read I wanted to try something new and more “efficient” for my mild acne. Unfortunately, it got worse (with with huge cysts, whiteheads and open pores) after a week or so using Zenmed Sensitive Skin formulation. It was the one new product on my daily beauty routine. So, I decided to stop it and realise that I stopped breaking out. Money lost. For new users, maybe it’s just that this product is not compatible with what I use eg Dermaquest range and Dermaceutics 15 in the evening. Hope this is helpful.”

“I have been using Zenmed facial cleansing gel for several years. Unlike other cleansers which either strip your skin of moisture or leave an equally uncomfortable residue to keep the skin moisturised this product cleans effectively and rinses off easily. I have rosacea and it is ideal for my skin. I have tried other cleansers but have realised that this is the most effective one for me.”

“I have tried loads of face washes and creams but since using this gel my skin is amazing. No redness..no spots.. just beautiful clear skin. Just wet your face first and add a tiny drop to your hands and wash your face. Rinse then pat dry... I use strivectin face cream as a moisturiser and everyone compliments me and say that I have beautiful skin. I KNOW!!! Defo try it...It works for me and a bottle lasts for months.”

“Giving 2 stars as it does help with blemishes, but the drying effect overweighs the pros. Unfortunately yes, after just 3 uses my skin is incredibly irritated, dry, itchy, in other words sensitized. I couldn't get even partial refund due to product already being opened which is a shame because not only have I lost money, I also got to spend more to fix my skin. Maybe good for excessively oily skin, but for me (combination skin) even with a use of extremely moisturizing cream this has made more damage than good. Take that into consideration.”

Sorry the product was not for you. It does explain on our website that products that contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA's) may cause initial flaking, tingling or irriation to the skin. For some this may be part of the normal resurfacing process.This generally improves as the skin ‘gets used’ to the treatment. AHA products may be introduced with less frequent use, and application can be increased as the skin acclimates(follow product directions). At first start by gradually introducing one AHA product at a time into your skincare regime. Also some breakouts may occur initially, due to purging of the follicles. Discontinue use if you have severe redness, itching, burning, rash, swelling or blistering.
