“I am being asked to write a review for this product however it’s very difficult for me to do this because I still haven’t received my order. I placed my order on the 6th may and it’s now the 4th June. I have contacted the company who are investigating this but I haven’t heard back. I would not order from this company again. Very poor customer service indeed!”

Hi I have managed to track your order and it shows that your item was attempted to be delivered on 9th May. Following this it was held at your local post office for collection, however due to the item not being collected on the 29th May it has been returned to our warehouse. This would was received back to ourselves yesterday so we can either refund you for the item or if you would like us to rearrange this to be sent back out. Kind regards Dermacare
