“The product arrived promptly and was well packaged. However, the silicon back started to come away for the fabric strip after the first use. I have contacted Dermacare Direct, I have now been waiting 15 days for a reply from there customer service team. I have opened a dispute with Amazon Pay and am now awaiting the outcome of their investigation. This might be a one-off fault with the product, however, Dermacare Direct do not seem particularly concerned or interested in assisting me. I cannot recommend this company or product.”

“The shape is quite large and thick in size, so I cut it in half (horizontally) getting 2 plasters for my tummy scar, plus I shortened it on the side (vertical cut) and got 2 additional small plasters which I used for other scars on my body. I wasn’t constant in washing the plaster and was expecting it to last less than 6 weeks, however to my surprise it’s been about 2 months and it still sticks! My incision is no longer visible on the sides and its colour is fading in the middle. I love this product because it saves me the time of applying creams, oils etc. Definitely worth the money!”
