The exposure time can be gradually increased to 15 minutes over a few weeks if there is no sign of dryness. What to do if skin is getting darker while using Cyspera®? Hyperpigmentation may result from subclinical irritation that causes the skin to get darker. We recommend stopping using Cyspera® for 2 weeks and moisturising several times daily. Re-start the application of Cyspera® cream with lower exposure times (5 to 10 minutes only) and/or frequency of applications (once every other day).
