“Not noticed any improvement with my skin at the moment but only been taking it for a short time and I also suffer terribly with allergies which tends to leave my skin dull, but one thing that it has improved is my nails, never had thumb nails but hay I do now ,so really looking forward to see other improvements in the months to come.”
