“I had really high hope for this product cos i’ve been using their eye sunscreen and i love it. However this face sunscreen leaves an extremely cakeky texture on my face, especially around eye area despite i took minutes trying to rub it evenly. And then after like 1 or 2 hours my skin became incredibly oily and the product came off just with a finger wipe. Also, though this is 100% mineral product it stings my eyes. The only good thing that make me give 2 stars is the mineral filters don’t burn my skin like chemical ones do.”

Hi, Sorry to hear that you are not getting on well with the very popular Colorescience shield glow. It may be that you are using too much product and that the original version would of suited your skin better than the glow. I recommend that you don't apply around your eye area. “Really impressed with this SPF. I normally use an expensive brand (£60) and thought I’d try this one as recommended by a skin expert on Instagram. Not disappointed at all. The cream is lovely on the skin, doesn’t dry but not greasy either and it gives a nice glow. Perfect for the warmer season! ... at a great price! Definitely a future buy!”

“I have used their products before and it’s a quality product . Has a slight pearlescent glow with a tint when first applied and then sinks in to become invisible . Will be ordering again”

“Using this everyday, I like the texture and consistency. Gives a nice luminous glow to skin, I rarely wear a lot of make up over it, just some concealer. Will purchase again.”

“Have been using this product for a month now. I like the lightweight feel and texture. And unlike other SPF50s that I am trying - this has no odour - and feels very much like foundation. The “ glow” factor is lovely- gives the skin a glossy look - no need to use highlighter - but can look abit too much on occasion - looks great under makeup I would say. Impressed with this product and am going to purchase the coloursscience sun forgettable brush next.”

“I am a long time fan of the colorescience total protection face shield original and tried now the glow. It is absolutely that; glowy. For me (combination/oily skintype) way too much glow to only use this but as highlighter for certain areas or to mix a drop with the original faceshield a beautiful addition. Structure is smooth, applies easy, not greasy, wonderful ingredients, cruelty free, chemicalfree, protects for all light and has antioxidants.”
