Hi I believe you didn't contact our skincare nurse to report this. PFB wouldn't cause a chemical burn, a chemical burn is caused by very high % of exfoliates. If Glycolic acid is overused it may cause irritation and trigger an inflammatory response (temporary darkening of the skin) If you have sensitive skin I would go for a lactic acid instead and performing a test patch is always advised. “I had this product about 2 years ago and used it inconsistently so didn’t see any real progress. I am trying it out again and it’s been about 1.5 weeks and I still haven’t seen any progress I will give it 2 months which I think it’s a fair amount of time for change and see.”
