“I have very oily skin and this mattifies my skin so I have no shine now! I use it after serum and moisturiser and it doesn’t make my skin look white like other SPFs, highly recommend”

“The product wasn’t as brilliant as it was described by other people that reviewed it. I have got in touch with Dermacare Direct but have not heard an answer. It is quite chalky and does leave your face looking slightly white, also if you have any serums on underneath or another base, it tends to clash with it and ultimately everything starts to scrub off as if it were dead skin rather than blend in smooth and sit nicely on the skin. Quite disappointed as it is one of Trinny’s ‘go to’ products, but I guess everyone’s skin is different. I’m sure this product is great ingredient wise, however application wise, not great for me. Annoyingly wasted £28.00”

Hi Jaiminee Thank you for your email, I'm sorry for the delay I have been waiting for Heliocare to respond. Unfortunately as there was no fault with the product they wouldn't issue a refund in this instance. With regards to your comments about a burning sensation, it could be that you have a sensitivity to one of the ingredients in this product or formulation. In order to investigate this further for you they would need to gather some additional information with regards to length of usage, when you started to experience the problem, any skin treatments you've had/is having and what other skincare products you are currently using. Please let me know if you would like them to start looking in to this for you. They have suggested you may wish to try the Heliocare 360 Mineral Tolerance Fluid as an alternative. This is hypoallergenically tested and fragrance free making it ideal for sensitive skins. We have sample available for those with sensitive skins to be ableto try first if you'd like us to send one out.
