“I have used this product for several years and start taking them from around May time as the sun starts to come out. I suffer from PLE (polymorphic light eruption) and found these are a god send, allowing me to enjoy my summer holidays. In long eexposure I can get a slight reaction but nothing like if I wasn't taking these. There are no side effects and I take daily during holidays or the short lead up to. These have changed my life since experiencing the horrible reaction all of a sudden in my late twenties.”

“Hopefully I will not get the usual prickly heat rash whilst on holiday after reading the recommendations from the reviews. No side effects from taking the tablets which is a plus. I was recommended the Heliocare products as I understand they were originally made for people who have had cosmetic surgery. Not in that category yet!”

“Used these as were reccomended to protect skin during intense heat, as I suffer heat rash & sensitivity in sunlight. These helped prevent my skin from eruptions. :)”
