“I take this daily during the late spring, summer months. I am not sure if it works on its own but not willing to take the risk. I take the tablets as well use the sun block to ensure my skin is protected.”

“I have used these for the last two years, I really suffered badly with a reaction to the sun I would come out in a rash, not itchy but covered mainly my legs arms chest and stomach, I would go to a walk in medical centre and would be put on tablets and told to stay out of the sun, I did quite a lot research and came across these, for me they have worked wonders, combined with a boots solten prickly heat sun cream I can nearly last two weeks without coming out in a rash, this normally happens only if I get burnt, this year I have not come out at all in a rash, but I did have about 8 sunbed sessions, this also helped but obviously not a recommendation to do this”

“I've taken these tablets for a number of years before going on a summer holiday. They are a god send to treat my photo light sensitivity. It doesn't completely cure my condition but makes it much more bearable and delays the onset of rash that occurs from long exposure to the sun. Would highly recommend this product”

“After years of being mis-diagnosed with "prickly heat rash" after being in the sun, finally found out I had polymorphic light eruption (PMLE) a couple of years ago. These tablets work for me. I have now had two holidays in Turkey without the unbearable rash - which as anyone who suffers knows, will ruin any sunshine holiday. I use two during the course of each day in the sun - one at breakfast and one after lunch. Use in conjunction with a sun cream that contains avotriplex (Banana Boat do one) and see if it works for you. I have found a couple of exclusive salons who are selling these tablets for twice the price and marketing them as a "revolutionary treatment for PMLE sufferers". They are revolutionary for me - but buy them from here as they are much cheaper!”
