It is recommended to use the mini device at least five times a week for the first 90 days. After that, use two to three times a week to maintain results Before you begin, make sure your device is fully charged. When on the cradle or plugged into the charging cord, a solid blue light on the front of your device indicates a full charge. Cleanse the skin of any makeup, oils and impurities with your favorite cleanser (oil-free cleansers work best). Turn on your device and toggle the appropriate button until all of the blue lights are illuminated (Trinity) or set to the far right (Mini). This is the optimal microcurrent setting for everyone. Intensity can be adjusted for comfort at any time. Apply aqua gel activator in a mask-like layer in sections as you treat, beginning with the cheek. Skin should appear wet, and you should feel little to no sensation from the device. Tip: Try applying a NuFACE serum under your Gel Primer like the PROs do! Neck Place spheres in position 1 slightly off center, avoiding midline of neck. Applying light pressure, glide toward back of neck until you hear the beep. Repeat glides in positions 2 and 3. Return to position 1 and repeat this sequence two more times. Once you've completed the above 3 times, continue to next the section. Jaw & Cheek Place the spheres at the jawline and glide up towards the ear until you hear the beep. (Position 1) Place the spheres at the lower cheek and glide upward toward the hairline until you hear the beep. (Position 2) Place spheres at the apple of the cheek, near the nose and glide up toward the hairline until you hear the beep. (Position 3) Return to Position 1 and repeat this sequence two more times. Once you've completed the above 3 times, continue to next section. Forehead & Brow Section off the brow into three, the thick of the brow, the arch of the brow and the thin of the brow. Place both spheres at the thick of the brow and glide up towards the hairline until you hear the beep. (Position 1) Place spheres at the arch of the brow and glide up toward the hairline until you hear the beep. (Position 2) Place spheres at the thin of the brow glide up toward the hairline until you hear the beep. (Position 3). Return to Position 1 and repeat this sequence two more times. Finish Repeat these glides on the opposite side of your face to complete your treatment. Once complete, power off your NuFACE device, clean off any excess gel primer from device, and place in the charging cradle or plug in so it’s ready for your next treatment. Massage remaining NuFACE Leave On Gel Primer into skin for added skincare benefits. If using original NuFACE Gel Primer, gently remove from skin.
