“The tiles are not as good as we thought. Not very good quality, can see the lines of the tiles. Not very good value for money. Bit disappointed.”

I have looked at the photos that you sent across now, it looks like th problem lies in the way that they have been laid which is easily done. I will email you now some advice on the best way to fit them.
