“Purchased a family ticket via DOWTK.
Arrived and entry was easy with the E-ticket.
Plenty of parking spaces.
The park was clean and today with a large range of different animals.
The weather was extremely warm and there are areas of shade dotted around the park, due to this we didn’t see a few animals as they were resting in shaded areas but this didn’t cause any negative impact to our trip as there was so much to see.
Plenty of food and drink places dotted around and easy to find using the interactive map on the app.
Only negative I had for the day was lack of water fountains with the weather being in the 30’s…. Yes you can get your water bottles filled from most of the food areas but I had to Que several times for this. One of the restaurants next to the way out had a water and ice dispenser which was great for fresh cold water for the car ride home :)

“Arrived at 10.30am (opens at 10.00am and wanted to be behind the rush). We only just managed to fit everything in when we left at 16.30 (closing). Amazing day out for all ages we had adults and children aged 4yrs - 16yrs and everyone had a lovely day.”
