“This high quality product arrived exactly as described on the Dalby Firewood website. Customer service promptly answered the query I had with the order, and answered my telephone query on the day of delivery very quickly. The delivery itself was extremely good, the logs were deposited in exactly the right spot, as I had requested of the delivery driver, which meant I had no need to manhandle them to my preferred storage area.”
