Sorry to hear that the wood was too large. We can only deal with issues if we are notified about them. This public review that we have just seen is the 1st time we have been notified of the problem so it make it impossible for us to deal with the issue.

“I was very disappointed with this bag of thin cut ash wood as many of the logs were little bigger than kindling. It was not good value for money. In fact the majority of the logs reminded me of pizza oven logs, not logs for small wood burners. I had ordered chiminea logs from another company which, which were much bigger than the logs in this bag.”
