“The knife came very quickly and incredibly sharp straight out of the box. The length is great for a variety of jobs. Can tackle larger vegetables, the distal taper also means it can be used for intricate jobs. It's had a lot of use as my main work knife and a ceramic hone between uses keeps it razor sharp.
