“This santoku has superb out of the box sharpness and feels very versatile in the hand. It has a great look and feel, and will be the first knife I go to when cooking. The SKD steel is slightly reactive but very easy to maintain so also a good knife to get into if you're looking to venture into carbon knives. Overall very good value for money, a great knife from a great maker.”
