“This petty is vary reasonably priced for an Aogami Super blade, the grind is a little thicker than I would Ideally like, but it is also a beautifull kniife which holds a very good edge well, and with it being a little thicker and less valuable than my other knives it feels much more robust than some of my other japanese knives; so it has become my go to blade for many kitchen tasks i would otherwise have left to a western style knife!”
