“This is one of the less expensive knives available on the cutting edge website but it’s just as good as the more expensive knives I own. Great weight and a basic finish which is all you need. Haven’t had long enough to comment on edge retention and ease of sharpening but i am sure there will be no problem maintaining an edge.”
