I wanted to cancel it but over the weekend, it was processed even though your customer service isn't open and it said the order was on hold. Your team made it right. One of the signs that came was slighly too big for the frame and bowed when inserted.”

“made a complaint on Saturday as the quality of the sign I ordered is garbage, flimsy, wrong size, distorted logo (that was approved on YOUR site, but the acutual sign looks horrible). Biggest issue is that it is too small for the frame, so its really useless! Today is Thursday and I have had ZERO follow up from you - despite your commitment to get back to me within 2-3 businss days.... Seriously, what kind of business are you running where the signs YOU sell are too small for the frames that YOU sell... If I could give you zero stars I would...”

“One side looked great the other side the white letterings have some black ink smudges. You can see it up close, but from further away you cannot tell. OTher than that I would have given a 5 star. Customer service asked for photos, I took sent back and never heard back about it. Unfortuately, I'm way too busy to hound them for a solution.”

“Item arrive damaged. Have notified Customer Service and sent a photo but there's been no response for over a week. When I called before purchse, they were great. Unfortunately, it does us no good if it cannot arrive undamaged regardless of what we already paid in shipping. I'm more than happy to give a better review, but they need to communicate in order to do so.”
