“Overall we like the look of the sign and the customer service is pretty quick. A few items that could use improvement though. Would be nice to have other options for gromets when ordering and the hardware that comes with the sign seems random and does not work well. The 2 screws to put the sign together are great and the small squeeze clips are ok (a little tight of a fit to put a sign on them). They large clips are too large for the gromets and im still not sure what the random eyebolt and long bolt witht the wingnut are for. I wish there was an option to not get the rider clips/brackets - we dont need them. The squeeze clips do not work for exterior signs - the wind blows them out so we have had to modify the sign by screwing in our own eyebolts to the arm. would be nice if they were just self tap eyebolts with some holes drilled on the bottom instead of the track system. But we have modified it to make it work and it looks nice.”

“Signs are cool. The background color does not match what I picked. The website needs to be easier to use or more design-friendly. I.E. when the customer selects grommets, the design should reflect that instead of having the customer second guess.”

“The products arrived within the shipping window, thank you. I had an order that, on Friday, you said was on hold. I wanted to cancel it but over the weekend, it was processed even though your customer service isn't open and it said the order was on hold. Your team made it right. One of the signs that came was slighly too big for the frame and bowed when inserted.”

“made a complaint on Saturday as the quality of the sign I ordered is garbage, flimsy, wrong size, distorted logo (that was approved on YOUR site, but the acutual sign looks horrible). Biggest issue is that it is too small for the frame, so its really useless! Today is Thursday and I have had ZERO follow up from you - despite your commitment to get back to me within 2-3 businss days.... Seriously, what kind of business are you running where the signs YOU sell are too small for the frames that YOU sell... If I could give you zero stars I would...”
