“Item arrive damaged. Have notified Customer Service and sent a photo but there's been no response for over a week. When I called before purchse, they were great. Unfortunately, it does us no good if it cannot arrive undamaged regardless of what we already paid in shipping. I'm more than happy to give a better review, but they need to communicate in order to do so.”

“Terrible experience so far. I am over a motnh since my signs were delivered. They were wrong size and poorly cut on the first round. They sent new ones. Still the wrong size. I spent a lot of money to have signs that won;t fit the frames. Customer support does not listen.”

“The signs were well made. However, the frame I received was crooked and the sign wouldn't slide into it and at the top corners of the frame the steel overlapped leaving sharp edges right where you hold it. Really sloppy manufacturing on the frames.”

“We recently received our order of real estate signs, order number #80712845, but unfortunately, we're not happy with how they turned out and wanted to bring several quality issues to your attention: QR Code Quality: The QR code is extremely pixelated, particularly Brian's logo in the center, which appears very blurry and unclear. The QR does work, but the resolution is very low. Color Issues: The signs were intended to be black, but they are not printing true to color, some of the signs have a noticeable green tint. Grommet Placement: Grommet holes were placed at the bottom of the sign in a way that cuts directly through the address. When I uploaded the design, I was careful to keep all text and key elements within the designated safe area, so this was unexpected and disappointing. Protective Coating Flaw: A couple of the signs have an issue with the protective coating, it looks like an air bubble. This defect gives the surface a warped or damaged appearance.”
