“Easy to follow bite-sized learning chunks within small chapters or modules, each with 4 question quiz at the end. Finishes with 30 questions to thoroughly check you have understood the importance of hygine, bacteria and how to limit/ erradicate food hazards and food poisoning. Hugely useful for work as well as for home cooking.”

“I offered some feedback yesterday but in case it didn't get through - The summary of Unit 7 has incorrect narration as what you hear is about toxins and allergens and that doesn't correspond to the module slide. In the surface cleaning and dishwasher section of unit 7, I highlighted yesterday that the slide said BS EN 1276 and the narrator says BS EN 1267. I note this slide has been amended to match the narration but I think the slide was correct originally with 1276 and the narration needs to be changed.”

“I enjoyed the course very much as it was clearly set out and the narrator was very clear. The quizzes were fun and built my confidence before the final quiz. I could complete the course quickly at home and print off my certificate immediately after passing”
