“I needed this qualification for serving tea, coffee, cakes and occasionally sausage rolls at Church and Village Hall events. I do now know what we should and should not be doing. Though parts aimed at professionals were not relevant to me, I nevertheless found it interesting and informative and it has got me thinking about good practice in my own home!”

“Easy and clear to follow step by step. Took approximately 4 hours to complete although this was the second time as I completed it 2 years ago. I think the first time it took longer. A very thorough course covering all aspects required. Lady's voice was clear and easy to understand, at an appropriate pace.”

“Once you get past the payment option, which never works first time and I've had to contact the customer support team each time, the course is clear. I couldn't work out how to pause it when the phone ring and a couple of the multiple choice questions were unclear but apart from that, all worked well”
