“Easy to follow, visual and precise. Highly recommend, even if you are a home cook or like me a volunteer to cook at a local drop-in centre once a month as although a lot of it is common sense it still makes you thing and review best practice in each setting.”

“The course is set up in easy to digest modules, with enough repetition to enable you to pick up the key points by following the modules through. Lots of tips and advice on how to stay safe and comply with laws and regulations, and uses good examples to make the content relatable. The test at the end is fairly easy, but ensures that you understand the key areas to apply to your work.”
