“A really enjoyable course. I found it easy to understand and was able to absorb all of the information presented. Having the speech assistant as an option was also very useful, as it helped me understand the more complex parts of the course.”

“Very informative & some good points to know. I think the cooking food portion isn’t very clear for me anyway. Also summaries don’t always correspond with questions & it’s a lot of writing/reading and so could be broken up more and or simplified as it’s a huge responsibility that can get washed out with all the reading; or maybe summarising key points more would help and as I’m a visual learner maybe more pictures/visual cues.”

“A fab little course that takes you through each unit with so much depth. I love the fact there is audio too as I can't always read the words due to my dyslexia.”
