“I know what you should and should not be wearing when your handling food, if you have food positioning or symptoms you are not allowed to handle food or come in for 24 hours. If wearing any plasters make sure it’s bright and waterproof and if it dose fall off tell someone immediately. You are not allowed to serve food passed it’s used by date and it’s important to check the dates and do stock retations. Allergies and ingredients must be written on food packages in italic or bold , their are 14 types of alliges that can be in food. It’s important to always use a clean cloth and clean as you go”

“Very easy course. There’s no pressure and I could do it in my own time. The end of module mini quizzes are a great way to recap all the information. It’s definitely worth doing if your industry requires the training. Very good price too”
