“This is a really good and informative course, the modules are precise and easy to follow, I particularly like the introductions to each section. A minus would be, I noticed in a demo that the person was wearing jewellery (bracelets) whilst demonstrating hand wash routine, yet in a module it clearly defines no jewellery to be worn on food prep, certainly not nit picking! just pointing it out? The courses are excellent!”

“Broken up into sections which are clear and well set out . I liked the fact the course could be read but also listened to. It was easy to navigate and you could go back to re read / listen to any part again. As someone who leads a very busy life and only caters on a voluntary basis for a club I also appreciated the fact it could be done over a period of time snd did not have to be completed in one go I enjoyed doing it and did not find it a chore.”
