“The course was very informative & interesting but I felt that the final exam was too easy, did not ask many in depth questions and a lot of the questions were more a case of common sense rather than being based on any sort of learned information.”

“The course is offered in small bite sized sections that are user friendly with a quiz at the end of each section. However the one niggle I had was the type of question that asked a particular month and date for Natasha's Law. It is far more important to know what the actual law is rather than the month and year it became law. There was also a similar question that asked for dates rather than the important questions about food safety. Overall though a good course.”
