“The course was very comprehensive, covering all possible areas of abuse & safeguarding issues. Legislation acts were a little overwhelming. Lots of reading to do & retaining the info for the main final test, but the mini tests were easy. You just need to read the questions carefully as they can be a little confusing. More case studies should be included to cover all areas of abuse. Convenient to complete the course online, but miss the interaction with peers / colleagues to discuss / brainstorm ideas / strategies. Highlights the need to have policies / procedures in place for voluntary oraganisations.”
