“Developing confidence and its long term effect was communicated very well, through good illustrations and case studies. Being able to control the pace of the online course, and return at intervals was very helpful. It is a valuable course because in a large number of texts confidence is not often referred to directly, or developed in detail. The distiction between confidence and self-esteem is important, and further illlustrations alongside definitions would have been helpful.”

“To build your confidence first yiu neex to work on self esteem, both things go side by side, seld esteem is how we value and feel about ourselves and confidence is something we build with time. When we learn a skill and with experience we become confident about that skill that im getting better and better that builds up our confidence in it .”
