“I found this online course really helpful. It covers everything from reasons why you might have low confidence, how to put plans in place to build up your confidence and your self esteem. I liked that the slides were spoken as well as written and that you could flick back if you wanted to check something a second time. It provided very good tips and ideas that you can take away and work on and had excellent case studies. There a a couple of main sugesstions that i will take from the course including reflection time - something i never really sechdule time to carry out but feel it would be very beneifical and not being afraid to say NO. It was nice that you didn't need to complete the course in one day and could work at your own speed. I choose to work one unit per day and then completed the quiz.”
