“I found the course easy to follow and the structure allowed for a progressive increase in knowledge and awareness of the increased responsibilities from Lvl 1 to Lvl 3. The narration option was by far the easiest way to undertake this course using my phone where I could return to any content as required to review manually. My only feedback is that the content could have been reviewed further to remove the ‘thinking’ words that do not add any value within sentences.”

“Good, clear Units - provided a logical pathway through the various aspects. Had to keep pausing it as the narrator spoke very quickly and I was trying to take notes but couldn't keep up. Glad I did as they were needed for the quiz at the end of each section. i thought the questions were a bit too easy (too many answers were ' all of the above'). But otherwise, very clear and insightful and gave good general and specific information.”

“Really really good. This is as comprehensive if not more than a whole days in person safeguarding training. Really impressed with the level of content. Doesn’t tell you loads that you don’t need to know but summarises into key points the things you do need to know. Highly recommended. Has the September 2024 KCSIE info in there too”
